Celebrating Success: Coldwell Banker España's First Quarter Achievements

On April 18th, the Coldwell Banker Spain network gathered at an exciting Afterwork event to commemorate the achievements of the first quarter of the year. The terrace of the beautiful Hotel Duquesa de Cardona was the chosen venue for this occasion, providing an exceptional environment and views for this celebration.

The event was attended by advisors, coordinators, and franchisees from across Spain, who came together to share experiences, recognize the hard work of their colleagues, and celebrate the successes achieved in the first quarter of the year.

The event was the perfect setting to announce the impressive results of the first quarter and recognize the outstanding performance of network members. Among the most notable achievements are:

A 42% growth in the number of advisors since the first quarter of the previous year.
A 22% increase in the average selling price, reaching almost €750,000.
A 26% increase in the average rental price, reaching €2,225.
An 11% increase in office billing and a 27% increase in transaction volume.

Additionally, the event featured the prominent presence of Kaitlin McMurdo, Senior Director of Global Services from the United States, who shared her experience and knowledge with those present. Our director, Silke Ditrich, announced the first-quarter results and presented the Q1 national and international awards for the year 2023, alongside our CEO, François Carriere, who delivered an inspiring speech to congratulate all network members for their dedication and contribution to the ongoing success of Coldwell Banker Spain.

During the event, the coveted international awards for the year 2023 were also presented, recognizing excellence and success on a global scale. Among the awardees are:
