On the first floor, you'll find a beautifully renovated kitchen that opens onto the living-dining room. From here, you have direct access to the exterior of the house: a large terrace on two levels and a 15 m x 5 m motorboat mooring.
The house was completely renovated in early 2024 using high-quality materials. It is equipped with air conditioning, double glazing, shutters and built-in wardrobes. Thanks to its south-west exposure, the interior of the house is bright all day long.

About Empuriabrava
Empuriabrava is a charming city located on the Costa Brava, in the province of Gerona, in Catalonia, northeastern Spain.
