It shares the access from the street with the adjoining semi-detached house but could have its own access to the farm from the outside. The house is built on a plot of 1.330m2, has 206m2 of housing and an area of 270m2 for the pool and the terrace that surrounds it, apart from a wonderful and private garden that it shares with the neighboring property.
