Network: A wide network of contacts and relationships in the real estate field is highly valued.
Commercial Skills: Excellent negotiation, sales, and marketing skills.
Real Estate Training: Possessing a real estate license or related training is a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, other languages are an advantage.
