What will your responsibilities be?

You will be responsible for the complete commercial process:
• Conducting market studies,
• Prospecting activities,
• Property acquisition,
• Property valuation,
• Control of visit reports,
• Sales process with deal closure and signing assistance,
• Post-sale follow-up and customer loyalty.

Are you the person we are looking for if you have…?

• At least 3 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably in the premium and/or luxury segment,
• Excellent commercial skills: negotiation, sales, marketing,
• A passion for well-done work and a clear focus on customer satisfaction,
• Good knowledge of the real estate market in Valencia city and surroundings,
• A network of contacts and relationships in the real estate field is highly valued,
• Native-level Spanish and professional English, both written and spoken; other languages are highly valued,
• Fluent handling of office tools (Office, Google Suite), experience with CRM and social networks is valued.
